I had meant to send one after my first experience, not expecting to be back so soon, but must say that the follow-up service was at least as satisfactory as my initial installation.

Having traded vehicles, last year I had a hands free cellular system installed in the new vehicle by Mike, which was done at reasonable charges with professionalism, courtesy and timeliness that is unfortunately becoming rare. Now, with a change in cell phones, it was necessary to upgrade my hands free system. Steve, in this case, took care of the project ahead of schedule, double checked the system and had my office notified immediately upon completion. While I will personally refer any friends or clients to your organization, please feel free to use this as a referral for potential customers I do not know.
