Service & Repair Department

At Stone's, we will service any brand radio, including Motorola, Midland, Maxon, Johnson, GE, Yeasu, Bendex King and Relm, and we currently have 4 full time technicians:

Jack Sanders has been with Stone's since December of 1977. Jack specializes in the installation of squad cars. He is also a certified technician and can fix any brand of radio.

Steve Rowe has been with Stone's since January of 2000, and he has more than 30 years of experience in the business. Steve specializes in repair and service of non-Motorola brand equipment, such as Kenwood, Yeasu, Midland, Johnson, GE and Maxon radios. Steve has a vast knowledge of the two-way radio business.

Mike Pederson has been with Stone's since December of 2003. Mike specializes in our Surveillance and Access Control installs. Mike is our lead technician for major projects and equipment. He also specializes in Dispatch Center Console systems, paging systems and infrastructure equipment. Mike has a diverse background in electronics and can fix just about anything.

Ryan Schmidt has been with Stone's since January of 2004. He specializes in programming radios, telemetry, computers and any computer networking related projects and equipment. Ryan is a computer whiz kid and a great asset to have on staff.
